4. Payment Processing & Authorization
Payments for Products & Services are processed through Stripe, QuickBooks, or another secure third-party provider. By making a purchase, you authorize us (through these payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon amount.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Unauthorized Charges: If you believe an unauthorized charge has occurred, notify us at chris@cupofjoesocial.com within 60 days of the transaction appearing on your statement.

5. Pricing & Modifications
We reserve the right to change pricing, add fees, or modify our billing methods at any time. Any changes will be posted on our Website and will apply to future purchases. Your continued use of our Products & Services after such changes indicates your acceptance.

6. Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final.

Courses, Workshops, Events: No refunds or exchanges are offered for any reason. Please review all course and event details carefully before registering or purchasing.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access is granted.
Defective Physical Products (if applicable): If a physical product is defective, contact us within 30 days for a replacement.

7. Technology & Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep our Website and services operational. However, we may experience technical issues, downtime, or maintenance periods. We are not liable for any interruption in service or data loss.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Products & Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no guarantees that our Products & Services will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
